Restrictions/Rules: No smoking. No Pets.

Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

  This was a great little place to stay. The description of the property was absolutely accurate. It was clean very well-maintained. Easy to get to very walkable. The property manager was awesome. They text me everything that I needed so it was readily available on my phone. I would recommend this property to any of my friends and I already have... We loved walking to the restaurants and shopping. Also, the pool on the property was very convenient and nice to get into after a full day of walking around the town.

  Within walking distance from almost everything fun and amazing! Clean and fully stocked. Very quiet and the complex is wonderfully manicured. It was everything I hoped for!

  The location and we were able to park and ride bikes all week everywhere. It was gated so you felt safe. We never did use the pool so can't tell you about that. The condo had several large stains on the carpets and the couch was dirty and smelly and we put a sheet over it to sit on. The balcony overlooked a not so desirable street.

  Wonderful location for a family vacation in Key West - close to all the main sights and sounds. hardly used the car while we were there, everything was within walking distance. Property was good, a little attention to some maintenance issues would have gotten a much better score. That said, all in all it was well worth it.

  The place is conveniently located in Old Town. It's five minutes or less by bike or 15 on foot from Fort Taylor, Mallory Square and the schooner wharf, but far enough from the bars and traffic and congestion of Duval Street to be surprisingly quiet. The roosters are crowing day and night, but that's Key West.

  The unit was hard to find, their was a limb from a tree hiding the unit numbers. It would have been helpful if a rep. from the rental company had been available on weekends, when we arrived.

  We had a lovely time. There was a technology adjustment to the dishwasher and stove, but after we mastered the appliances all was good. Key West Vacation Properties,mainly Becky, was very responsive.

  Condo was clean. Dishwasher didn't work. Close to Duval Street but far enough away that we were able to get away from the hustle of the night life if we wanted to.

  An excellent property located in the Shipyard Condominiums, a short walk from all the action on Duval Street. The complex is very quiet and peaceful and makes a great escape from all the hubbub. The condo has everything you need to be self contained and is perfect for a family of 4.
