Parking: Available on a first-come, first-served basis each day with three tandem parking spots allocated for the four units in the building. You may park only ONE vehicle per unit if you secure a spot.

THINGS TO KNOW:
Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

  Great experience in this rental. We loved the location. The property manager was extremely easy to deal with. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Would like to let renters know - one bathroom is en-suite, one is adjacent to the bedroom and the third bathroom is by the kitchen. Couple in third bedroom had to walk through the unit to their bathroom. Not a big deal but wanted to put it out there.

  Property location was as advertised. Great location and easily walkable to everything. One block off Duval, but enough to get away from the noise. Having a private pool on those hot days was a real plus. The only negative was that the AC was not keeping up with the heat. The thermostat showed a consistent 76-77, which was warm for sleeping. We could not get the thermostat to lower the temp. Called the management company & they said they would respond to check it out, but we never saw anyone & nothing was fixed. Other than that, we had a great time!

  This location couldn't be beat! It is one street off of Duval, so we had the best of both worlds: Easy walk to the bars, restaurants, and shops and the quiet atmosphere at the location of the place. The outdoor area was wonderful: a shared pool that was just the right size for the 4 rentals, a table in the shade, and a comfy seating area next to the pool. The 3 bedroom/bath rental was the perfect size for 3 couples and had enough space for us to congregate in the living/dining area. The only thing that I would mention is that not enough toilet paper was left by the cleaning crew for the 6 of us for our 4 night stay and when I requested more, I was told that they only start you out with a few and that we would have to purchase our own. Luckily, there is a grocery store within steps of the place. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. Communication was also great!

  The best part of our stay was the location in town...walkable to just about everywhere. The house is very old, but some parts were updated. It was not a lot of space, but it was ok for 6 adults. The shower was good, bed was ok. Well stocked with toiletries and a well equipped kitchen (although old and small), it worked for us. We did have a bug problem, but contacted the management company and they immediately took care of it. They were very responsive so if you have any issues, they should respond quickly. The outside was cute and typical Key West vibe. Nice shared pool we used everyday. There is also a grocery store down the street which was convenient. This is not a high end rental (although it was priced like one). We still had a great time in Key West and enjoyed our stay at the Bimini Suite. If you do stay here, there isn’t a place to store luggage before check-in if needed, but management will recommend a company to store it for you which came in handy.

  This is are third time staying at the Bahama house. It has a very good location. Private pool with a grill. The flooring in one of the bedrooms downstairs.   We had a fantastic time staying at the Bimini Suite! It was within walking distance to Duval Street and a short golf-cart ride away from many other attractions. The suite really utilized the space well and it was so convenient having three bathrooms. Having a pool on site was a huge plus as well.   Booked the Bimini Suite for a long weekend to celebrate a 65th birthday and retirement (5 women). Location is great - close to everything in Old Town. The property was clean and as described. Pool area is nice. Suite came with ample supply of towels (bath and pool), toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. Pool could use a hand rail -- dangerous entering/existing pool. Floors need work -- some floor boards sticking up and some 'sinking'.

The property management team does an amazing job keeping up the property and it is clean and in the prefect location. You are within a half block from a grocery store, one block from Duval street, and easy access to everything. The pool was perfect to sit and relax and cool off. There is a quaint pergola to sit under in the morning and sip your coffee and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to be in a convenient location for a few nights

This may be on the "to do" list- but (1) the brick pavers in the backyard are seriously in need of repair and (2) the outdoor sectional next to the pool is pretty useless to sit on.   We have stayed in the Bimini suite several times. We love the location and the old style florida charm. The place could definitely use a few upgrades. The grill needs a good cleaning or to be replaced. The pool area is awesome, but needs some TLC. Love the pergola and couch, but it is very dirty. The birds make a mess on everything, especially under the pergola and grill.There was once a large cooler out by the pool. That was a great feature!! Not sure what happened with that. Overall we really like the Bahama House. We always meet fun people here. We would stay here again, hopefully after some sprucing up!

  Love this place! A few minor issues:used towel over the shower curtain upon arrival;maintenance workers didn't clean up after themselves;"adults only" shouldn't include teenage children(other guests should be made aware). We will be returning! Great place. Convenient location! Love it!

  We discovered this true hidden gem of Old Town. Location location location half block off Duval, steps from every favorite restaurant, bar and entertainment. Sun drenched pool all day, shaded table and grill area. Half block from Fausto's, the primary full service grocery for the area. Four clean nicely appointed furnished apartments, off street parking (car not needed!), and have never met a rude guest that shares the public space. Management team are more than accommodating and responsive. Our annual go to! Book before you leave or you lose...

  This property is in the best location on a quiet street but only 1/2 block from some of the best Key West bars on Duval Street. It’s great that the Bahama House is adults only and the pool area is great. Our only complaint is that the pool was only cleaned once during our stay. The last time we were here it was cleaned every day. That being said, our group would not stay anywhere else when coming to town.

  The Bahama House is a staple for me and my family. We stay here every time we come to key west. Everything was in great shape and just like we remember.
  
  The only issue I had was the hand soap being reused and filled with water in both bathrooms. I’d say that’s probably not the thing to do during a global pandemic.

  Fourplex. Nice property. Private pool area. Older but well maintained. Quiet street close to Duval but units have thin walls. Can hear downstairs neighbors talking and upstairs neighbors walking about all night.
  Walking distance to most attractions. Parking limited.
