THINGS TO KNOW:
Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

  Nice unit close to everything. Only drawback for us was that it's a second floor unit and had to drag our luggage up the flight of outdoor steps. We were able to do that, but some guests might not be able to handle the steps. Didn't really care for both bathrooms being off of the living room either.

  The apartment is very spacious, and the kitchen is adequate for repeating food, or making snacks, but I would not want to have to prepare a full meal there. 1 bedroom is very spacious, the other a bit tight, but adequate. Both meds are comfortable. There is a ceiling fan and the smaller room, and portable fans in the larger room. Despite the horrific heat, there is no difficulty keeping the apartment cool. The outdoor space is beautiful and relaxing. The pool was fantastic and even has a built-in table for playing cards, games, etc. The location is literally just steps away from all of the action, but quiet and relaxing. The only thing we felt was truly lacking was a smart TV so we could watch a movie together. I would absolutely rebook this property without hesitation.

  Bahama house is great place for a quick getaway. All you have to do is exit the building and walk a block and you are on Duval street. When you come back just get in pool to cool off. For longer stays storage could an issue in second the second bedroom but for short stays it works out ok. I would stay again anytime.

  Pros - Loved the pool, location, and big place.
  Kind of con but not a deal breaker - Parking (don’t bring a car to avoid jockeying for limited space. No dressers in one room and small, bathrooms are attached to living room so have to walk out of bedrooms through kitchen to get to bathrooms. Directions weren’t clear where to find our unit upon arrival and had to walk around to each door to find ours. Only annoying part of trip was dealing with so many emails from the management company and threatening if you didn’t respond in time your room would be canceled; very confusing and tedious process to complete so many forms vs. doing it all at one time so you don’t miss anything. We rent ALOT and thus by far was pretty annoying but loved the place though.

  Very cute apartment. Rooms were cute. One room has more space than the other for unpacking your belongings. However the other room has a big open concept closet. Two bathrooms. One has a hairdryer.   Four guest consisting of two married couples stayed four nights. The unit needs the crockery replaced and the kitchen sink drains slow. The toilets are water savers and therefore don’t flush well and occasionally needed filled with additional water to clear them as refill was VERY slow on their own. The unit was acceptably clean, however a deep cleaning under beds and furniture, windows , drawers and cabinets etc should be done. Overall expectations were met and our stay required no intervention for maintenance or housekeeping issues.

  My family and I came down for a weekend in Key West. Location was awesome! You were able to walk for anything you needed. The house is perfect location and for what we needed. The only complaints that we had was the air unit did not go below 71 degrees. It was hot to us since we are use to having a cold unit. We tried to use the fans but one was completely broken. The dryer does not dry on the first round. It took many many many times for our clothes to get dry and seem to still not dry them properly. It was not anything that put a damper on our vacation. We still had an awesome time!

  On a girl's trip to Key West, we stayed at this property. The location was excellent. Duval is a block away. The grocery store is even closer. Everything we wanted to do was walkable. The property itself was fair. In the pictures, it looks like there are lots of windows, but the windows look into another part of the home and were covered by closed blinds that couldn't be opened . One of the windows in the guest room was broken, had been taped with duck tape but had a huge gap so you could hear all the noise outside, and it was noisy especially about 6 am. The furnishings were nice and the pool area was wonderful. Overall I'd give the property a B. If location is your top concern this is a great choice. If you're looking for a place you'll be at a lot, maybe not.

  Great extended weekend in Key West. The Bahama House was in an excellent location which was within walking distances to great restaurants and places of interest. The place was pretty much as advertised. The pool area was a little small and was a little crowded with the number of guests enjoying the weekend. The outside areas could use a little cleaning/sprucing up. The parking was not an issue since there were only 2 cars for the house, but I could see it as an issue if a lot of guest traveled by car.

  This was a really cute 2 bedroom/2 king rental. The beds were great and while the bathrooms were small, they were very functional. The location was very close to Duval street and close to a parking area since the rental essentially had no parking. We didn't have any laundry detergent and had to go to the store to buy some. I would have thought the realty company could have brought some over for what we paid.

  Location could not have been any better! We stayed in the Nassau Suite and it was fine for two couples. Very clean and well appointed. The pool area and backyard was just right for an afternoon swim or an evening nightcap. Glad we didn't have a car because it would have been tight. Only negative was spotty internet. We were in the front unit on the second floor and couldn't connect unless we were in the back yard. Scenic but somewhat inconvenient. All-in-all a great place that I wouldn't hesitate to go back to.

  Upon waking up the first morning, we noticed something had chewed through a bag containing a cookie. The cookie was left on the counter, wrapped in wax paper, in a closed bag. The cookie was knocked to the floor and a hole was chewed threw the bag. It turned out to be a rat. The pest company came out and discovered rat feces and a hole behind the dishwasher.
  
  The management company, while quick to send the pest control company, was unprofessional at best. Jamie’s attitude towards the situation left us feeling disrespected. She showed zero compassion and offered little to know apology. Her response “you can leave and we will refund your money”. Where are we supposed to go on a busy weekend?
  
  The issues continued including maintenance leaving our unit unlocked, faulty electrical outlets in the bathroom that shocked my husband, no hot water in the kitchen sink, etc...
  
  One of the worst vacation rentals I’ve ever experienced.

  We booked the Nassau and Bimini suites for a group of 8 ladies. It was perfect! Beds were comfortable, entire place was very clean. You cannot beat the location, we walked everywhere the entire time in Key West. Loved coming back after a hot day and jumping in the pool. We also enjoyed getting to know the “neighbors” from the other suites while hanging out at the pool.

  We stayed at the Bahama House for a family vacation. Our adult children stayed in the Nassau suite. Plenty of space, but definitely in need of some upgrades. Love the old-style Florida charm. The grill area was great for a few family meals, but the grill didn't work very well. The pool area is a great place to hang out. It is also in need of some TLC. There are a lot of birds, so there is bird poop on everything. A big cooler poolside would be great to keep beverages cold while by the pool. Especially for those staying in the streetside units. Overall a great place, just in need of some TLC.

  Location is great. Everything else was kinda dated. We could hear the conversations through the walls at all hours of the night and day. Door knob fell off shutting the door to the bedroom. Shower is for small people.

  Very nice place but could use a little tender loving care. A window was busted, bedroom door knob didn’t work and entry door was loose and was hard to open and shut door. I bought a screw driver and tighten screws on door hinge. Best part of the property was the very very nice back yard and nice small pool. With being so close to middle of the action it is a most ve location and we will like to get this place again if we make it back to key west.

  The location was perfect. Groceries 1/2 block away, Duval St. 1 block away, scooter rental 2 blocks away. I would definitely come back to the Bahama house! (Scooters $89 per week!) Best thing we did on the island.

  Parking really an issue, should be clearer that there really is no parking. One person parks at the entry so no one else can park. Girls attitude in office unacceptable, hung up on us. Not her problem. Everyone else was polite. Even when the codes didn't work and had to wait for someone. We didn't ***** or have attitude, but we could have.

  WE LOVED THE PLACE,THE LOCATION. WE HAD A GREAT TIME . I DID HAVE ONE BIG PROBLEM. THE OTHER PLACE YOU RENTED TO WAS A BUNCH OF YOUNG MEN(THEY WERE VERY NICE) AND BEING YOUNG THEY WANTED TO PARTY,AND THEY DID. I DID NOT GET MUCH SLEEP SAT. NIGHT. I WAS YOUNG ONCE AND I UNDERSTAND HAVING A GOOD TIME BUT FROM MY POINT OF VIEW THIS WAS NOT GOOD. I REPEAT THEY WERE VERY NICE BUT I WAS VERY TIRED WHEN I GOT HOME SUNDAY. I REPEAT I THOUGHT THE PLACE WAS GREAT AND WE WALK TO EVERYTHING.

  We have been staying at this location since 2014 with a large group of fellow boaters from Ohio. This was our 1st year in the Nassau Suite but as always it didn't disappoint us.
