This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom offers a great retreat for boating and relaxing in Key West. Open floor plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. Front patio outdoor covered living space as well as a concrete backyard with a pool. There is seawall for one boat. Just jump into your boat and out to Riviera Canal under the bridge and you have easy Access to Gulf of Mexico to the left and Atlantic ocean to the right. When you return first canal on the left and you are back home. Bonus Outdoor Shower.

  The home was very nice to stay for the month. The Seawall could be updated for easy access to your boat. Very Quiet neighbors and very safe to keep your belonging outside. We never took the fishing rods off the pool deck area. We had a great time staying here. Very close to downtown by golf cart or driving. House gets warm in the middle of the day because of the sun hitting the back of the house. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. the house could use some ceiling fans, we had to bring down our own. The pool was fantastic and they had a pool service there every week. There is a great storage room to keep fishing and diving things out of the elements. The front porch was very spacious and open. Could use a ceiling fan out there as well. Overall we had a great time.

  The house is a perfect getaway, with a private pool, on the canal. The bulkhead is only good for a boat, there’s not really a launchpad that will work for kayaks or paddle boards. That’s the only down side to this property. We rented paddle boards from Lazy Dogs instead. The house itself comes with everything you need; full kitchen dishes, a TON of extra bath towels and beach towels, and bed linens. The house has 3 bedrooms inside, but there is a bonus bedroom in the outside pool house detached from the house. There’s no bathroom attached, just a bed which I used as my work from home office by the pool. All 3 beds inside have very comfortable soft mattresses! Both showers have rain shower heads from the ceiling which is also a huge bonus. The neighbors are amazing, and so is the property manager. The pool umbrella got ruined from a windy storm and they came the next day to replace it. Overall amazing house, location, and experience. Highly recommend!!

  It was great. The size was good just a little dusty, over crowed with books and the kitchen was dark. The rooms and the bathroom were all good. As was the pool and location. It would be nice to have more docking space for the boats. Lastly, one of the neighbors was taking food out of our garbage and leaving it outside to draw in animals. Not sure why he was doing this but from the moment we got there, he was a problem. He also called the police on us claiming we were only renting for the weekend.
