Key West Sunshine Escape

Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers. NO EXCEPTIONS

Key West Sunshine Escape is a two Story 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Home located two blocks from the Atlantic Beaches. Heated Pool and Tropical Garden. Upgrades include Bamboo floors, Granite counter tops. Off the Living room is a porch that overlooks the pool. This property has plenty of room for 3 couples or a family to share. There is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs has a master bedroom that has a porch that overlooks the pool as well as a guest bedroom. The guest bedroom has a large closet with an en suite bathroom with a shower. En suite Master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub along with a separate shower. Along the upstairs hallway is a built in desk for the convenience to work remotely. There is also 2 off street parking spaces in front of the house.
