The shared area can also function as an office and features a large over 80-inch smart TV. The primary bedroom offers an electric adjustable bed and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious shower stall. There is also a murphy bed in the home, making room for extra guests, The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a 32-inch Frigidaire, Thor gas range/oven, Zline microwave, Samsung smart dishwasher, and wine cooler. The living room has an L-shaped couch, a ceiling fan that can be controlled remotely, and two large skylights. The house is air-conditioned, with a split unit in the second bedroom. Outside, the patio deck features a propane grill, fire feature, built-in benches, string lights, complete privacy fence, and a full-sized hot tub. The property is designed for entertaining, from the inviting rocking chairs on the front deck to the hangout back deck.
