It is strolling distance to historic Fort Zachary Taylor Beach, Truman Waterfront Park, the Hemingway Home and Lighthouse Museums, and everything Old Town has to offer.

Welcome to your island getaway, an enchanting Key West conch cottage that radiates tropical charm inside and out. Just two blocks from lively Duval Street, this colorful retreat perfectly blends the energy of Old Town with the laid-back comfort of home.

Step inside and you’ll be greeted by soaring beam ceilings, trapezoid windows, and an airy, light-filled floor plan. The new owner has leaned into Key West’s playful spirit with bold flamingo wallpaper, bright accent pieces, and fun, tropical furnishings that bring each space to life. A modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and composite counters adds convenience while keeping the island vibe. The two cozy bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, One king size adjustable bed inside the main house and the other in the bonus small pool house with a futon bed along with updated bathroom in main house and half bath in pool house with an outside shower balance comfort and style. One designated off street parking space. Features include high-speed wireless, flat screen TVs in the bedroom, kitchen/living room, outside living area and in the bonus pool house.

Outdoors, the mosaic-tiled pool shimmers in shades of sea and sand, offering the perfect place to cool off under swaying palms. A whimsical pool house with futon, half bath, and outdoor shower creates a private oasis for guests, while the covered patio—complete with outdoor TV setup—is ideal for entertaining. Brick pavers, tropical landscaping, and colorful details carry the vibrant design from indoors to out. Enjoy dining on your own covered brick patio that overlooks the shared pool area. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool and shared deck space, while being mindful of the close proximity to the other homes in the compound. Restrictions/Rules: No smoking. Pets allowed upon approval.

Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.
