Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

  Condo was very cheery and arranged well. We especially enjoyed the lanai which had an ocean view and view of joggers, bike riders, and occasional parasail. We felt very safe because it was gated and elevator and room had coded keypads. Beds were ok. Wish the tall table on lanai was replaced with 4 low chairs with 2 side tables. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped and bathrooms efficient. I wish it was 3 bedrooms so family could experience. We would come back!

  Knowing we were visiting Key West during “shoulder season” when crowd levels would be low, we decided on a full week to enable seeing and connecting with the many sights, venues and entertainment that this lovely area has to offer. Our very first offering on AirBNB was this immaculate and fully-featured place just off the busy city core areas. The scenery out our ocean-view condominium was perfect and walks down the long boardwalk were sublime. With all our needs and desires fully met by having such a well-equipped and fully featured unit, we were able to leverage everything we needed during our stay. Towels, sheets, bathing, dish washing and clothes-washing were pluses. The kitchen is completely furnished. Digital fast WIFI connections and three “smart” TV’s together with many spots to plug-in chargers made it better than home! Ease of secure access to both parking and our unit gave us peaceful security as well. There is much value to offer us vagabonds in this clean well-equipped property.

  Lovedthe location. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do without being in the middle of the village, which we preferred. The condo itself is a little dated, but has a warm, old Florida vibe. Plenty of amenities. The tv was cumbersome to use since we had to log into our own streaming services. Unfortunate for us since my husband is a big NCAA fan and we wanted to watch the Final Four games. Great pool area. The view is quite nice and will be even better once the current construction is finished. We arrived to find there were several large vehicles parked immediately across the street. The pedestrian sidewalk and beach area is being worked on. We awakened at about 7:00 each morning to crews dumping and spreading sand as well as moving large construction equipment to and from the site. Other machinery was collecting and relocating seaweed to help the coastline. It seemed like there was an effort to stop working before noon so people could still enjoy the beach area. All good and necessary things but not what we had planned to be gazing at every morning. Air BNB was great about understanding our disappointment and offering a discount. That is the right thing to do, but didn’t change the overall experience. This was our 35th anniversary trip and we had been looking forward to it for months. So that was a bummer. However, we would stay there again after the construction is finished.

  The condo was in good, clean condition and looked like the pictures. The property was very nice with a pool, hot tub, tennis court and grilling area. We enjoyed the balcony and the view of the water.
  We stayed at a hotel last year in the same area so were familiar with the location and proximity to Old Town Key West.

  We enjoyed our stay. Our rental was perfect for 2 couples. We each had our own bathroom. The bathrooms were a little outdated. The unit was spacious and clean with a beautiful ocean view from the sofa or out on the balcony. If you enjoy pickleball like we do, there was a court on sight. Our only complaint would be the overwhelming smell outdoors from the sea grass , which intensified throughout the day. This had nothing to do with the unit, but was very pronounced in this area.

  Everything was as described. We didn't make it to the pool, but we did go to the beach just outside the unit's balcony. Thankfully they left salt/pepper, paper plates, and some other essentials since we flew. Unfortunately, we went the week of Christmas when they had the 2nd coldest christmas in the Keys. The Unit didn't have heat, so there should be some small space heaters available during winter months in case of an abnormal cold spell. Other than that, we enjoyed it.

  Location was great, wonderful view, very clean and cute. This was our first experience and did not regret it! Felt at home and comfortable. Much better than a hotel. The other residents were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and we had no problems with the property. All our questions were answered before we arrived and knew exactly what to do. You do need to drive to reach restaurants and entertainment but that was not an issue for us.

  This condo is in the perfect location. It is across from the best beach in Key West and is an easy bike ride to anywhere on the island.
  
  The condo is a little worn and could use a few items either repaired or updated but these things are not enough to not stay here.

  The condo exceeded my expectations after reading prior reviews. I am assuming there were updates made recently. I only had two complaints. The toilets could be replaced, and the second bedroom had two beds that were uncomfortable and too small for an adult.

  If you want to be near the best beach in Key West and out of the Duval Street action then this is the place to be. The Duval area is an easy bike ride away as is everything else on the island. The condo is lovely and well equipped We had a couple of minor problems and the management company handled them immediately. We will stay here again.

  The location was great, Smathers beach is awesome and right across the street. we were a short bike ride from everything. The rental agency was great and very responsive. The unit itself is in real need of update and repair of minor things like doors, windows, blinds etc that don't work properly. One toilet did not work when we arrived but the management fixed it immediately. The other was flushing very slowly so we avoided it. Plumber also came to fix the ice maker. Bed was relatively comfortable, but not great. So the unit gets low grades, management high grades...and the view a 5+. We didn't spend much time in the 's Key West and we had a wonderful time.

  We (2 couples) rented E205 LaBrisa for a week. I liked the location and the overall complex. This particular condo is getting pretty shopworn (e.g. blinds wouldn't work properly; furniture, doors, & locks were showing wear) and was dirty when we arrived. We asked for it to be cleaned and it was - very well-done. KWVP was very responsive. While not awful, this was the worst of 3 rentals we've had in KW.

The only complaint is the furniture is very outdated and the leather couches have become very sticky from the humid conditions, but we would still rent this condo in the future.
