AGE REQUIREMENT:
Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

BOAT SLIP INFORMATION:
One boat slip is included with this Retreat. Each Retreat can only accommodate one boat; no exceptions. Trailer parking is not available on property. Trailer parking and additional boat slips are available across the harbor at the City of Key West Marina. Please contact the dock master’s office to make arrangements for trailer storage and/or additional boat slips at 305-809-3981.

Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

Amazing views, close proximity to restaraunts, shopping and a short drive to Duval st. Our grandkids loved the pool and our youngest daughter spent her days fishing at the dock. Pelican landing will always be our first choice when traveling to Key West.

  The location was perfect, it is 1 mile from Duval, the KW Express ferry terminal, all the hubub. Close enough for a walk or a very quick cheap Uber ride. The house was clean and comfortable, the pool was very nice. Check in and out was SEAMLESS!!

  This is my father in law's favorite place to stay. We have a great view of the marina and he loves to watch all of the action going on from our patio. We rented 2 this year because of the number of people that we had going. It was so nice because we could open up the patio doors and connect the two in that way. We could easily go back and forth between the two and had super easy access down to the pool via a private stairway. The only thing that happened was that the elevator quit working and my father in law is disabled. But the property manager was there- on a holiday- within minutes and rectified the situation. Super impressed with the quick reaction on his part!! The building is obviously older when you see the outside, but most of the property owners have remodeled their units and each one we have stayed in have updated kitchens (solid surface counter tops, nice appliances etc) and furnishings. The units are always super clean! Pool was also nice and warm. Very happy with this property. The only thing I would change if I could is place it a little closer to the action in Old Town. But we rented golf carts and easily buzzed into town. The super plus- it's a great price!! We are already planning to stay here again next year.

  We stay at this property almost every year with our family for our vacation. The property is in a great location if you are bringing a boat. Much more convenient having the boat in the slip vs keeping in a marina. The unit we rented was in good shape. New furniture in the living room, but could use a bigger TV. The mattresses in the bedrooms are uncomfortable and squeak a lot. The bathrooms could use some updating. Slow water pressure from the showers and old lighting above. Kitchen has all amenities needed and in great shape. Overall it was a great stay, just a few things that need updated.

  A former Pelican Landing property manager recommended PL. it’s clean, spacious and comfortable! We rented two units for four couples. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. One unit was larger than the other so we often congregated in the larger one. Bike rental available on site—this was awesome and we biked everywhere! Bike locks were included! Our trip was delayed a day due to weather and I felt that the manager did what she could to accommodate us an additional night. She even discounted our additional night when she was unable to slide the entire reservation by one day.

  We stayed here for 6 nights, first time our family has been to Key West and what a great time we had! The condo was nicely stocked with essentials and we enjoyed the nice pool. The condo is quaint and has a vintage feel which is what we wanted but could use some upgrades in the bathroom. Quiet and No fuss! Washer and dryer made the stay extra comfortable. Our balcony had beautiful sunrise views and was very private. The staircase to the pool from our balcony was very nice! We are looking forward to returning next year! There is a fire station across the street so from time to time we heard sirens but not for long and not a bother!

  We found this place last minute after our original location cancelled on us. It was clean and nice. The staff was great! Decent pool. However it was advertised as sleeping 8, though they did contact us and say that the pull out couch was only suitable for children. It was not suitable for anyone! We bought an inflatable bed. The building is unfortunately located right across from the busy fire station, and it was noisy at night. Also, if you have a large vehicle, like a minivan, the parking lot is tricky! It is on the opposite side of the key as pretty much everything, so if you have kids, be prepared to drive and pay a lot for parking.

  A group of 3 couples stayed here for Fantasy Fest. The unit was a lot bigger than the pictures show. It was nice to have 3 real beds for all the couples. Unit was very clean.   I rented 2 properties for a bachelor and the whole group(including myself) was blown away by the quality of the apartment for the price we paid. Everything was spotless, the view of the bay was excellent and the distance from downtown was a short inexpensive cab ride.

  The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. We did not have a car and found everything we wanted to do within a long walk or short cab ride distance. We were in town for the half marathon and will stay here if we come back to do it again next year.

  We have stayed here several times before but in another unit and the Dominica Retreat is much nicer. However we did kill 3 small roaches while we were there. We are planning on staying here again, but maybe this could be taken care of. Also in the second bedroom, the AC filter needs to be cleaned. That room was very hot the entire week. Other than that the place is great.

  The condo itself was nice and the management company was willing to help. Some of the guest were on the noisy side later in the evening but nothing over the top, and construction on Truman a little disappointing . We would absolutely consider staying again.

  The suite was nice. Had to get a Cab to Duvall, $4 pp. the living area and master bath were very clean. Only there one night. I think it is the only vrbo that allows a one night minimum in Key West. The price online showed $200, but cleaning fees and booking made it $343.

  First impressions are key...with that said, the location was good, easy to find plenty of parking...however, the power was out when we arrived, thankfully we only had to lug our luggage up the stairs to the second floor. There was an issue with one of the bathroom door knobs which the management onsite took care of right away..(we had 4kids in our room). We had plenty of room for all and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. Nice pool, and bbq area.

  Was more than we expected. The location and accessiblity was great! Only a 5 min bike ride to Duval st. The unit was clean and well kept. Everything was provided for, from dishes, pots, pans and blender, as well as detergents and laundry inside the unit. Private access to pool and grill. Very pet friendly and accomodating.   We were very pleased with the Dominica Retreat overall. The comforters on the beds were oddly lumpy, but the bedding was clean. Our neighbors were very rowdy, but they apologized and tried to curtail their sound levels. We walked to Duval Street every day and rented bikes from nearby vendor for further exploration. Our dive shop was adjacent to us, so we walked over to the boat. We were able to relax and felt very comfortable there. Would definitely go back!

  I suggest new pots and pans for next year. I tried to clean one of the pots and after scrubbing for 20 minutes, the black build up on the inside was still not off.
