AGE REQUIREMENT:
Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

BOAT SLIP INFORMATION:
One boat slip is included with this Retreat. Each Retreat can only accommodate one boat; no exceptions. Trailer parking is not available on property. Trailer parking and additional boat slips are available across the harbor at the City of Key West Marina. Please contact the dock master’s office to make arrangements for trailer storage and/or additional boat slips at 305-809-3981.

Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

  This place was perfect for our group of two couples. Clean, comfortable with awesome view overlooking the heated pool and bay were a lot of fishing boats .
  Large back patio area was very relaxing for morning coffee and late night cocktails. Close to traffic on adjacent highway but the room was still quiet for sleeping peacefully. Short Uber ride to and from major KW attractions without the hassle of congestion and parking inconvenience down on Duval. We all agreed that we would definitely like to return.

  Great location. Very nice spacious room. The room was a little worn, but nothing that would be out of the realm of normal wear and tear from usage over the years. Staff was helpful, but not always around when you need them. There are rules that you need to follow and if you don’t you will get in trouble as they as quite strict on timelines. Overall, a very good experience and cheaper than most other condos around.

  I do not like being critical, especially knowing how hard this year has been on the travel industry, but I have never stayed in a place where the floors were so dirty. Overall the condo looked clean, the kitchen, furniture, tub and toilet, linens and towels were all in good shape, but the floor definitely did not get washed at all between guests. Not only was it grimy and sandy, but there was a literal black spot right where you stand in front of the sink. It just made the entire place feel dirty and we all took care not to ever be barefoot as not to spread it. Other things such as locks and the coded entrance are dated and require some tricks to get to open properly, but that was not a big problem.

    Thank you for your feedback. We not only do the interior floors we mop the balcony. Key West has be very windy this winter. The diesel from the charter boats and dust from the wind blow in constantly. The unit has a spiral staircase down to the pool which guest track dust from the pool deck as well. Guests also leave the balcony doors open. I always have to let them know to shut them to prevent not only dust from coming in but also to help not freeze up the AC. Just from walking from the parking lot and under the building through the hallways has the tendency to track dirt in. I have been managing this building since 2010 and I would never allow any of my 3 housekeepers not to mop a floor between check ins. Please know that we are on site to make your stay enjoyable. We are always available to help with any issues. The locking system is brand new and was installed in October for contactless check ins due to COVID.

  We rented the Antigua condo and it was a perfect fit for our family. The location was slightly less than a mile to Duval street and our Snuba charter was a quick walk to the other side of the marina. Very easy to get to everything from this location. Kitchen was well appointed with small appliances and dishes/cooking utensils. Condo seemed well kept and firntiture was comfortable. The only issue I had was that I don't feel like the floors were cleaned very well. We would come home at the end for the day, kick off our shoes and by the time we went to bed we had to wash our feet because they were nearly black from the floors. Other than that, things seemed very clean, perhaps need to make sure to mop well between guests. We enjoyed the heated pool several times during our stay and the stairway on the balcony leading directly to the pool area made it super easy for the kids to go back and forth while we sat on the balcony and watched them play. Check in/out was easy and communication was great. Would stay here again in the future.

  Had a wonderful experience in Key West. This was our first trip there, and fell in love with the island. Love the Caribbean flair and the many restaurants and sites. Especially enjoyed our windjammer sunset cruise and tour of Hemingway’s home.. Antigua was a bit away from the center of the bars & shopping, but that might actually be a plus. The condo was very comfortable and the perfect place to relax. We will be back!

  If you are looking for a clean, spacious and convenient place, this is it! We came with two couples and a boat and had visitors within our stay. The grounds had it all for any boater... freezers for bait, ice for coolers and fish boxes, grills to cook your catch--everything! When not fishing, we took advantage of on site bike rentals, the pool and tiki bar. The balconies are huge and offer beautiful views of the sound. This was our 4th or 5th stay and not our last!

  Very nice property; well-furnished, very clean, and comfortable. Easy access with parking on-site. Enjoyed our time there, and would definitely return. The staff personnel were very helpful, and available; responded immediately to our requests no matter how minor. The only issue was the proximity of a new first responder site within a block of the residence. Not sure why they needed to activate the sirens immediately upon leaving the station, but they did, and this impacted the overall very quiet location. Hopefully that will be addressed by Management; they were aware of the issue.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Landing. It took about 25 minutes to walk into town and had a beautiful view. The condo was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The pull out sofa was not attached on one side so it was not as comfortable as we hoped. The shelf on the fridge did give away when the door was opened (sadly we had a bottle of Titos go crashing to the floor). I would recommend this property and stay here again in the future.

  This rental place was just great, my mom liked the kitchen because it had everything, all you need is food. You could walk to the pool from the back of the unit. The unit was clean and everything worked. All eight of us were able to sleep comfortably. Also the unit was very safe as you needed a key to call the elevator and the parking was well lit.

This room, the Antigua, had old couch in living room that had peeling leather and the sleeper sofa was so uncomfortable we have to pile it high with blankets from both rooms.   We love Pelican Landing. If I were an owner though, I would be concerned about the condition of the swimming pool and deck area. The furniture is in good shape, but the pool itself and the deck area could use a lot of TLC. The attention to detail is not there. Also, attention to detail in our unit could be improved. The blender did not work, and the floors were obviously not cleaned after the previous tennant, pretty gross. A little bleach in the tub and/or new calking would make a big difference in both bathrooms. Love the new furniture though! Very nice decor. As I said, just details - we always enjoy Pelican Landing. I think this was our 6th or 7th time there, and we hope to return next year! Thanks.
