Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers. NO EXCEPTIONS

Enjoy this quiet 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium tucked away from all the excitement of Key West. Spend your days lounging by the shared lagoon shaped pool surrounded by beautifully lush tropical foliage. Or take just a short walk to Smather’s Beach where you can spend your time snorkeling, parasailing, or just soaking up the sun on the warm sand. This unit delivers two bedrooms featuring a king sized bed in the master bedroom and a Queen sized bed in the second bedroom. Each room holds its own private bathroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa making this unit the perfect fit for 6 guests. There are televisions, telephones and data ports in all rooms of the condominium. The kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances, cookware, serve ware, and a three person island for dining in. The living room features sliding glass doors that open up to your own private balcony facing the poolside of the property.

  Five very happy ladies taking a girl trip stayed at this lovely place. It was both accomodating and clean. It was also quiet and had lovely surroundings. We were able to get to to all the places we wanted to go relatively quickly (Duval Street, Mallory Square, Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park, etc).

  Everything was as advertised. Nice location, A/c kicked on automatically as needed, all instructions to access the condo were correct, decent gym, pool was super warm, pond with the turtles as a nice bonus. Spa was shut down for some reason.

  Very nice comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The elevator didn't work very well for a good part of our stay and a new mattress would be in order for the king bed. But generally really enjoyed our stay.

  Was a nice unit but the pull out couch has a very thin mattress that the springs poke you when laying down. Management company tried to find a new mattress but could'nt even though we found 2 at a mattress store not far away. House keeping did bring more blankets and mattress pads to help but unit should not be listed as 6 person until a new mattress is installed. Unit was clean although lacked any kitchen spices or salt and pepper. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and cookware. Washer and dryer worked and beds were comfortable in the bedrooms. TV in living room would not turn on and wifi was down for a day but worked well other wise. Parking was easy and ample. Nice quiet unit on 1st floor but must use stairs or elevator to get there as ground floor is parking. Overall would rent again but only for 4 people until couch bed issue is resolved.

  Rental was in overall good condition and clean. Other amenities were sufficient, as I would expect. Enough of the basics (soap, t.p., etc.) to get you started. There was a washer and dryer in this unit, which was a huge bonus. This unit is located just around the corner (literally) from smathers Beach. It is also a straight shot down A1A/Truman ave to get downtown to Duval street. I have stayed at various properties through KWVPR all 5 times that I've visited key west and wouldn't recommend anyone else. Their pricing is extremely competitive and their customer service is exceptional. If you're contemplating a hotel vs. one of their properties, do yourself a favor and book through KWVPR.

  The location was wonderful and it was basically an ok property. It just needed some updating: microwave was broken, screen door had holes in it and didn't slide, paint was chipped and peeling. The kitchen was very poorly equipped making it difficult to actually cook much. The pans were worn out and need replacing. There need to be more than 1 towel person unless you like using damp towels or using the coin laundry.

  Very clean, but dated condo. Advertisement showed a washer and dryer, there was none. Not enough glasses and mugs to drink from. Son slept on the pull out couch, the mattress on it was very very thin and uncomfortable....the pool, tennis courts were wonderful. Everything thing else was good. It was a great trip with my family.

  The property was nicer than I expected and the condo was clean. We are a family of 4 adults (aged 18 through 78) and it was the perfect size for us but would be cramped for 6 in my opinion.
  
  Honestly, it was a great home base for us. Roomy enough. Comfy beds. Wi-fi was good. Super easy check-in and check-out with their app. Parking was ample.
  
  The location was great. You will need to drive to pretty much any attraction in Key West but it is an easy--and short--drive anywhere you want to be. The airport is right around the corner and did not disturb us in the least. The pool area appeared nice but we did not use it as we were always headed off paddleboarding, kayaking, or jet skiing.
  
  We did have a couple of annoyances with this unit. We felt the kitchen was poorly appointed. I know that lots of people don't want to cook on vacation but we are weird and like to make all our breakfasts and lunches as well as occasional simple dinners. That's why we stay at a rental rather than a hotel. There were no sharp knives--I mean NO sharp knives--which was a hindrance to even simple kitchen tasks, such as slicing a tomato. There were 2 salt shakers but no pepper. No plastic wrap for any leftovers. No sheet pans for the oven. The unit does not have its own grill but I think there may be a community charcoal grill.
  
  Our other "complaint" was that we could not find the thermostat to turn the air conditioner off. We were FREEZING at night! Used the app to reach out to maintenance and never heard back so we did our best to close the vents so problem essentially solved. I'm sure we could have called the office during work hours but we were busy having fun and we felt we had created a solution that satisfied us.
  
  All things considered, we will definitely return to Key West and all four of us agreed we would definitely consider staying here at this unit again.

  We where told 2 different rooms. We went to the office to check in like the one email said to and they tried to tell us our room was booked. Then we went ahead and followed a completely different set of instructions to get into the reservation. I had 5 different emails telling me different things.
  But forgetting all that the property was nice, around a 15 minute drive to town.
