This traditional cottage, in the heart of Old Town, was built by a shipbuilder in the early 1900’s. It has all the charms of old Key West with all the modern amenities for any couple or family to have a memorable vacation. Wake up to the sweet smells of bread and pastries from the local bakery across the street. Eaton Street has a lot to offer with a live theater, bookstore, and the famous Tropic Cinema just a short walk away. The marina, with a number of restaurants and live entertainment, is only two blocks away. The Duval Loop free bus, which will take you to tourist sites and eateries has a stop just down the street. The house has three bedrooms. Two are located in the main house. The twin beds can be converted to a king. The other bedroom has a queen and private bath. Across from the house, past the pool and lounge chairs, is a one bedroom cottage with a king bed and bath. On the front porch of the cottage is a rocking chair where you can lose yourself sipping a margarita or hurricane and reading a good book. The backyard has a covered area with a table and chairs for outside dining even when one of the occasional rain showers comes by. There is a lush garden and palms that makes the pool and deck feel like a private oasis. The pool can be heated in cooler months and cooled in the heat of the summer. There is also a propane grill to cook the fish you catch on one of the many private boats available to go out deep sea fishing.

Families are welcomed in our vacation rentals. Student groups are not permitted. Our minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old. Everyone in your party must be 25 years old to check in unless accompanied by a parent

    Perfect stay for a month in Key West. Great location and beautiful accommodations. I liked it so much that I've already re-booked for next year!

    Quaint KW home nestled in a perfect location. You can walk to the harbor in 2-3 minutes. From there, Duval Street is an easy stroll. Some of the best restaurants are close by and the Old Town Bakery is just across the street.

    I had a golf cart while I was there so that I could explore the entire island. Parking in front of the house was a daily challenge, but I was always able to find parking within a block of the house.

    I only contacted the management company to re-book for next year.

    The home is a nice combination of a 100 year old property with many many updated and modern touches added. Very close to the Seaport and about a 10 minute walk to Duval Street. Eaton Street alone offers a pastry shop With breakfast sandwiches and subs across the street, a bike rental shop and a fresh seafood shop both within two blocks of your home. The property is very clean. We had one minor issue which was Taken care of within an hour. We would sit on the covered front porch in the evening and people watch for a while before going out. The back of the home has a covered back patio lounge chairs and a weber grill on the side of the guest house. Personally I would have the grill closer to the back patio but it is not a big issue. The back patio and pool are very private, although you will occasionally get some noise from the neighbors.
    Advice to people staying here:
    If you are a light sleeper do not stay in the first bedroom closest to the street. You are better off in the second bedroom or sleeping in the guest house where you will hear a little or no noise.

    It was a lovely oasis in a perfect location for us. Close to the harbor and ferry. Easy walking to town and market. Even though there was no parking on the property, we were able to park our car in the covered garage around the corner!

    The house was perfect for our month stay and looks just like the pictures! We had 5 people so the bed/bathroom conch house in the back gave everyone their own space. The private pool was amazing with plenty of beach towels to use. The kitchen is stocked with all the things you need to cook at home. The house is in walking distance to all of our favorite hangouts which was really nice and the little bakery across the street made getting our Cafe Con Leche super easy. We had a couple issues that the management team took care of the day we called. The down side: from the front bedroom you can hear the garbage trucks starting at 5 am almost every morning - we are up early anyway so that wasn't a problem for us but some people might find it annoying. Definitely will look at renting this house again.
