Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

  Property was very conviently located to Duval Street restaurants, and the local attractions, most everything was within easy walking distance. The walking path and people gate areas at the entrance are not very convenient for wheelchairs. Many of the sidewalks in old town are to narrow for wheel chair access also. The property management company was very responsive.

  We were in vacation with another couple. The location was perfect...walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We were disappointed that you could not have a beverage when sitting around the pool. Overall, we would stay here again.

  We loved the location. The green parrot bar and some other great spots a short couple minute walk away. And the complex felt very safe walking back late at night. The unit itself was perfect with two bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

  The place needs major updating. One of the bathroom faucets was so difficult that you felt like you were pulling sink from its moorings. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Supplies in kitchen were minimal compared to other rentals I’ve had.

  We very much enjoyed our stay at the Shipyard Condos. Our condo was convenient to so many restaurants, bars, places of interest and Mallory Square. It was clean, comfortable and having a washer and dryer was awesome. Having beach towels and two beach chairs available was a bonus. My only suggestion was that more teaspoons we're needed.

  Location was central to everything. There were some type of bugs (large ants) in the master bathroom when we arrived. We killed them and they never came back which was good. Master bathroom needed to be cleaned better. There is some patio furniture (deck) which is falling apart which should be removed from the property.
