AGE REQUIREMENT:
Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

THINGS TO KNOW:
Restrictions/Rules: No smoking. No commercial vehicles permitted in the parking lot.
Pet Policy: One pet under 25 lbs. allowed with approval prior to booking and a non-refundable pet fee.

Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

  Generally speaking, our experience was positive. KWVPR is great to work with, excellent customer service. Some issues needed to be addressed in the beginning and they did a great job getting things taken care of. The apartment is roomy, nice to have 2 full bathrooms. The location is great, but the view isn't much, but you are a short walk to the waterfront for sunset and Gulf views. We're KW veterans, so being there for a month to enjoy our favorite restaurants, great weather and lots of biking was perfect.
